Re:Build

We support families with at least one child under five who are worried about their housing or struggling financially. Our aim is to help you stay in your home and avoid homelessness by offering early, practical support before problems become a crisis.

How We Can Help
We offer free, one-to-one support tailored to your family’s needs, including:

  • Help with budgeting and debt – understanding benefits, managing money and reducing arrears

  • Tenancy support – speaking with landlords or Sutton Housing and helping you resolve housing issues

  • Emotional support – reducing stress and isolation through regular, caring support

  • Support if you’re in temporary accommodation – advice on housing rights, income maximisation and access to our family-friendly drop-in hub (The POD)

Our trained volunteers work alongside you in a supportive, non-judgemental way to build confidence, stability and long-term independence.
